Excellent Sales and Service! The salesman, Scott Thornber was patient and answered all my questions. Scott showed me many models on the lot. I felt completely at ease, negotiating a price, paying for the trailer and getting my paperwork done onsite.
The Service Department was also great. We ordered a backup camera and decided to shop for many of our necessities because they had them in stock. From 30A surge protectors, hoses, flow regulators to super cute dishes, salad bowls, etc. Stacie Beltran does a great job suggesting items you need and has a great eye for attractive accessories.
Sophia did our PDI and explained everything in detail, including helping us adjust the weight distribution hitch. We were SO thankful for her expertise and ability to grab a drill and git-r-done. Sophia made our maiden voyage home with our RV a comfortable and confident trip. - Shelah

Adam was the best! He was very patient with me and thoroughly explained everything that was done to my Georgetown 3. Also, Charlie did a TERRIFIC job in fixing my camera system after another RV service dept. had really messed it up when installing it NEW under warranty. In addition, they even tracked down 2 mice that were chewing everything in sight!!! To me, that's TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I highly recommend Speedway RV in Monroe.
